Nata nel sud della Carolina nel 1977, è stata una ginnasta e una modella apparsa su numerose copertine, anche europee. Debutta nel cinema nel 1997 in Against the Law di Jim Wynorski e appare quindi in numerosi film e serie televisive.
Nel 2006 è stata candidata a un premio Emmy come migliore attrice non protagonista in My Name Is Earl.

dei film succitati ho visto solo DOA e 100 ragazze... nella serie è molto brava, i film che ho visto erano pessimi, lei rimane comunque una bambola...

Io i film che ha fatto non li ho mai visti, però c'è da dire che è davvero una brava attrice, nella serie recita molto bene la parte di "rompiscatole"

è un fenomeno! L'avete vista nella puntata in cui fa a botte con la ragazza dai denti d'oro!? Approposito, questa attrice mora, dagli occhi chiari l'ho gia' vista in qualche film...voi ne ricordate qualcuno!?
